Source levels

Level 1 — Official source

Public authorities and official portals, for example Hamburg Service, Welcome Hamburg, Bundesagentur für Arbeit, BAMF, Familienportal, gesund.bund.de, bund.de, Deutsche Rentenversicherung, Zoll, WISY and HVV.

Level 2 — Trusted institution

Established institutions and portals, such as public promotional banks, consumer advice centres and supervisory bodies.

Level 3 — Community / commercial

Community and commercial platforms. We link to them only as an entry point; their listings stay on their own site.

What we do not do

• We do not copy, scrape or republish third-party property listings.
• We do not give legal, tax or immigration advice.
• We do not show live data we do not have. Property portals are links only for now.
• We do not list community events or live integrations in this version.

Scope of this version

Hamburg first, membership per person rather than per household. Search is a deterministic keyword match today; it is built so an AI intent layer can take over later without changing the rest of the product.
